We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is an integral part of our organization, overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple construction projects from beginning to end. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work. They will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead the planning and implementation of project.
2. Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables.
3. Define project tasks and resource requirements.
4. Develop full scale project plans and manage project budget.
5. Assemble and coordinate project staff and manage project resource allocation.
6. Plan and schedule project timelines and track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
7. Provide direction and support to project team and ensure project quality assurance.
8. Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders.
9. Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
10. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
11. Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
12. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
3. Proven experience in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
4. Proficiency in project management software tools.
5. Competency in construction estimating and blueprint reading.
6. Excellent knowledge of construction material and equipment.
7. Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
8. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
9. Ability to interpret and analyze complex construction plans and contracts.
10. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
11. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and procurement procedures.
12. Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is a plus.
