Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage large, complex projects related to Educational Facilities, Public Works, and Commercial Construction projects
2. Implementing project plans and ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.
3. Managing a team of professionals and fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
4. Overseeing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
5. Identifying and managing project risks and issues, and devising contingency plans to mitigate them.
6. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal team members.
7. Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
8. Conducting project reviews and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
9. Ensuring projects meet industry regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager with ideally 5+ years supporting Educational Facilities & Public Works Projects
2. Proven experience in Construction Management, managing Subcontractors, overseeing projects related to Educational Facilities, and Public Works.
3. Bachelors Degree required (Must possess CCM or obtain a valid CCM within 1 year of employment)
4. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience in risk management.
6. Strong financial and budgeting skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences.
8. Proficiency in project management software tools.
9. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
10. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
