Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be at the helm of our construction projects, ensuring they are executed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Presenting detailed work orders to clients and team members.
2. Managing change orders effectively to ensure project continuity.
3. Supporting billing and collections processes to maintain financial stability.
4. Placing material orders, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of necessary resources.
5. Partnering with production teams to guarantee smooth operations.
6. Managing project logistics, including RFIs, change orders, materials, labor, budgets, etc.
7. Utilizing Bluebeam software for project management tasks.
8. Overseeing the project life cycle, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and time constraints.
9. Collaborating with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members, fostering a positive working environment.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5+ years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
2. Demonstrated ability to manage a broad range of construction projects effectively.
3. Proficiency in using Bluebeam software or equivalent project management software.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
5. Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and supporting billing and collections.
6. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
8. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.
9. A bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
