Job Details

The Senior Project Manager will oversee the successful execution of complex commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. This individual will be responsible for project strategy, financial performance, client relationships, contract administration, scheduling, and risk management while providing leadership to project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple phases of commercial construction projects from planning through completion
Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, schedules, and overall financial performance
Oversee contract administration, change management, procurement, and subcontractor performance
Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
Drive project meetings while ensuring alignment between field and office operations
Monitor project quality, safety, schedule, and cost performance throughout construction
Identify project risks early and implement proactive solutions to maintain project objectives
Mentor Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and Project Engineers
Ensure all documentation, reporting, and project controls are completed accurately and on time
Support continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining the company's high standards of excellence

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
8+ years of commercial construction project management experience
Proven experience managing project financials, contracts, schedules, and client relationships
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring project teams
Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling software
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
