Their main geographic markets are Milwaukee & Madison.

Job Details

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Project Manager will have the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with a focus on commercial and retail projects.
  • Proven experience in managing construction projects from the ground-up.
  • A strong understanding of the construction industry, including in-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and lead a team to success.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex information to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving potential issues before they become problems.
  • Proficiency in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
