We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team in the Construction industry. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of Data Centers, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the construction of Data Centers from start to finish, ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage a team of professionals, including engineers, architects, contractors, and subcontractors, to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with the Director of Construction and other senior management to ensure that all projects are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans to ensure that all projects are completed successfully.
  • Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that all stakeholders are informed of project progress and status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in Data Center Construction, mission critical, MEP, Data Center, director of construction, mission critical facilities, Data center Operations, Sr. Project Manager, or equivalent.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to manage a team of professionals and work effectively with senior management.
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify and resolve project issues and risks.
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
