As the newest member of this team, you will be tasked with:

Overseeing the daily operations of multiple projects
Documenting all necessary information pertinent to each project
Managing the budgets which include oversight of: materials, labor costs, change orders, subcontractor costs, etc.
Maintain schedules to ensure each project is completed in a timely fashion
Project meetings with ownership, clients, subcontractors, engineers and field personnel
Ensuring the vision for each project is understood and embraced by all parties involved
Vetting subcontractors and negotiation of terms with subs
Keeping leadership informed of all progress, "wins" and "obstacles" for each project
Actively participating in the representation of the company and it's branding
