Qualifications:
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
- Proven track record in managing construction projects successfully from start to finish.
- Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and construction documents.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and budgeting.
- Excellent team leadership abilities, with a focus on fostering team collaboration and maintaining high levels of team morale.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid decision-making skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
- Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes and safety regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and act proactively.
- Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
