We are a non-profit whose mission is to help build affordable multifamily housing in the Texas and southeast region. Our accountants handle full life cycle recruiting, and work in small, collaborative teams. We have a great office in the Design District, and are currently in office 2x / week, with great work from home flexibility.
We are seeking full-cycle accountants with multifamily accounting experience. Any experience in the non-profit or affordable housing space is a major bonus!

Job Details
We are looking for a property accountant with residential experience. Candidates ideally will have the below background:
- BS in Accounting, Finance, or other relevant field
- 2+ years accounting experience in real estate space, preferably residential or multifamily accounting
- Full cycle accounting experience
- Experience preparing monthly statements, analyze GPR
- Experience with Yardi or other relevant accounting software
- Understanding of GAAP is added bonus
