Job Details
We are looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join our growing team. This individual will ideally come with 5+ years of commercial property management experience and managing multiple properties/buildings. The individual should ideally come with software experience such as Yardi, MRI, MS Excel, Kardin, etc.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage operations staff and third-party vendors
- Oversee vendor contracts and service agreements
- Build tenant relations through customer service and addressing requests
- Prepare annual budgets and operating expense calculations
- Manage monthly tenant rent statements and accounts receivable
- Process and approve weekly accounts payable
- Maintain building access control and security
- Administer leases
- Oversee construction projects and renovations
- Provide monthly financial and operations reporting
- Manage accounts receivable
