Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all operational aspects of properties, ensuring a safe, functional, and appealing environment for tenants.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for properties, including forecasting and tracking of expenses and revenues.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring cost-effectiveness and high-quality service.
- Maintain positive relationships with tenants, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct regular property inspections to assess condition, identify necessary repairs, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Implement strategic plans to improve revenue, profitability, and tenant satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge, solve problems, and achieve business goals.
- Stay updated on real estate market trends and industry regulations to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property Management, including experience in Budget Management, Contract Negotiation, Tenant Relations, Operations Management, Customer Service, and Strategic Planning.
- Proven ability to conduct thorough property inspections.
- Excellent negotiation skills, with a track record of successfully securing cost-effective contracts.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and forecasting financial outcomes.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to resolve issues efficiently and maintain positive tenant relationships.
- Excellent strategic planning skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for revenue growth and tenant satisfaction.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
