Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in medical device manufacturing and possess a deep understanding of ISO13485, extrusion, RF welding, FDA, Medical Assembly, and Packaging. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures for all manufacturing processes
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO13485 and FDA regulations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes and product quality
  • Develop and maintain quality metrics to monitor and improve performance
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to medical device manufacturing
  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures and regulations
  • Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure manufacturability and quality of new products
  • Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in medical device manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of ISO13485 and FDA regulations
  • Experience with extrusion, RF welding, Medical Assembly, and Packaging
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Experience with statistical analysis and quality metrics preferred
