Job Details
- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team to foster a culture of excellence.
- Oversee Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and international regulations.
- Conduct internal and external audits, including regulatory inspections.
- Manage risk assessments and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Ensure all quality-related documentation (SOPs, batch records, validation protocols) meets compliance standards.
- Collaborate with Operations, R&D, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams to enhance quality processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for greater efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of quality assurance experience in pharmaceuticals, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, risk management, audits, and process improvement methodologies.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
