Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all stages of real estate-related cases, from initial review through resolution or appeal
  • Craft thoughtful legal strategies and lead negotiations to achieve favorable outcomes
  • Provide counsel on complex property issues and transactional matters
  • Prepare, review, and refine documents tied to real estate and related disputes
  • Take an active role in expanding the firm’s client base through relationship-building and strategic outreach
  • Engage with potential new clients and referral sources to strengthen the firm’s market presence

What We’re Looking For:

  • J.D. from an accredited institution
  • Active member of the California State Bar in good standing
  • Minimum of five years handling real estate matters, with substantial litigation experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled at multitasking, organization, and prioritization
  • A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and client service
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Enthusiasm for professional development and community involvement
