Responsibilities:
Requirements:
● Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
● Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
● Licensed to practice in the state of California with at least 5 years of experience in
real estate litigation.
● Excellent analytical, communication, and advocacy skills
● Strong drafting and writing skills
● Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
● Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
● Proven ability to work independently
● Desire for continuous learning and professional growth
● Passion for community engagement and building relationships
● Prior experience working in a remote setting
- Represent clients in all phases of real estate litigation, including case assessment, pleadings,
- Develop litigation strategies and lead negotiations to resolve disputes favorably
- Conduct research and provide legal guidance on complex real estate laws and transactions
- Draft and review legal documents relating to real estate transactions and litigation
- Actively participate in the firm’s business development efforts.
