Compensation & Benefits:

Job Description:

As a Senior Real Estate Paralegal, you will support attorneys with commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception to closing. Responsibilities include:

• Drafting and reviewing documents (purchase agreements, leases, financing)
• Conducting due diligence, title, and survey review
• Coordinating closing preparations and post-closing activities
• Managing timelines and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws
• Liaising with clients, lenders, and third parties

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of real estate paralegal experience in New York City
• Proficiency with real estate software and legal research tools
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certification preferred
