Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is a challenging and rewarding role where you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our manufacturing equipment and electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in reliability engineering, with a specific focus on manufacturing.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement reliability plans that support increasing reliability of manufacturing operations.
2. Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on systems and equipment to identify potential failure modes and their impact on the operation.
3. Collaborate with maintenance and operation teams to optimize preventive maintenance programs using reliability analysis and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
4. Lead root cause analysis investigations of critical equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies and programs that will provide early detection of potential failures.
6. Provide technical support to maintenance and operation teams on reliability improvement.
7. Monitor and analyze key reliability metrics to track performance and identify trends.
8. Provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
9. Work with project teams to ensure reliability principles are incorporated into project designs.

Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a reliability engineering role within the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience in conducting FMEA and reliability analysis.
4. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and manufacturing equipment.
5. Familiarity with reliability-centered maintenance and predictive maintenance strategies.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
9. Proficiency in using computer software for data analysis and reporting.
