We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and innovative Senior RF Design Engineer to join our hardware team. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and testing of RF circuits and systems for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Utilize your expertise in RF design and circuit design to develop innovative solutions that meet or exceed product performance and cost objectives.
• Perform detailed design analysis to validate the performance and reliability of designs.
• Contribute to new product development (NPD) initiatives by designing and developing RF circuits and systems that meet market needs and align with company objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying and implementing design and process enhancements.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in RF design, circuit design, and related technologies to ensure our products remain competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RF design, RF circuit design, and new product development (NPD) in a high volume circuit design environment.
• Proven expertise in hardware product design and discrete circuit design.
• Strong understanding of RF design principles, including impedance matching, distributed systems, passive RLC and resonant circuits, noise, linearity, bandwidth, and stability.
• Proficient in the use of RF design tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from concept to production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and systematically.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
