You have at least 5 years of professional Ruby on Rails experience
You have significant experience with Node.js and other server-side languages
You can design SQL schemas, index properly, and know how to code, diagnose and optimize SQL queries. You reflexively translate business problems into entities and tables and constraints.
Your cleanly-designed, well-documented APIs and pages earn you the admiration not only of frontend and mobile developers but of caching layers and CDNs
Experience with using cloud computing services and platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Heroku.
Strong modern Javascript and HTML5 fundamentals
Super-comfortable with Git and command-line tools
Knowledge of (or interest in!) dev-ops is a plus.
You have a communicative and friendly disposition.
