Our client is on the hunt for a Senior Sales Associate to join their elite team of roofing experts. In this role, you'll take the lead in uncovering new business, managing key accounts, and delivering customized commercial roofing solutions that set the standard in the industry.

What You’ll Do:

Build and manage a strong pipeline of commercial roofing opportunities.

Prospect and connect with new clients through networking, cold outreach, site visits, and referrals.

Conduct in-depth site inspections and develop tailored scopes and project proposals.

Present winning bids and solutions to stakeholders and decision-makers.

Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Cultivate long-term partnerships with contractors, architects, property managers, and clients.

Collaborate closely with estimators, project managers, and operations to ensure smooth project execution.

Leverage CRM tools to track activity, forecast sales, and manage client interactions.

Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor activity, and roofing system innovations.

What You Bring to the Table:

5+ years of proven success in commercial roofing sales or a related construction field.

A track record of crushing sales targets and consistently outperforming KPIs.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, ethical, and results-driven.

Comfortable using CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

Valid driver’s license and availability for local travel.

Bonus Points for:

In-depth knowledge of commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, etc.).

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.

A well-established network in commercial construction, property management, or facilities.
