Responsibilities:
As a Senior Sales Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the HVAC/MEP sector of the Construction industry.
2. Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
3. Negotiating and closing business deals to achieve set targets.
4. Collaborating with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies.
5. Providing accurate sales forecasts and reporting to management in a timely and consistent manner.
6. Leveraging Salesforce for customer and pipeline data, ensuring all communications, opportunities, and other Salesforce actions are timely and accurate.
7. Staying updated with product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends.
8. Providing technical support and guidance to customers on HVAC/MEP products and services.
9. Participating in industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience within construction industry sales (preferably within mechanical, electrical, or plumbing).
2. Proven experience in both account management and bringing in new business.
3. Proficiency using Salesforce with a strong understanding of its applications in sales and business development.
4. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field. Relevant experience will be strongly considered.
5. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
8. A results-driven approach, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
9. The ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
