Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain our Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Work directly with clients to collect requirements and do testing.
  • Customize Salesforce components to meet business requirements, including fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards.
  • Develop and maintain validation rules, custom workflows, and approval processes.
  • Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to test and implement new Salesforce solutions and updates.
  • Provide user support, training, and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor system usage and perform routine health checks and audits.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and corresponding documentation.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and sales to ensure Salesforce environment supports internal needs relating to functionality and performance.

Job Details

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator/Configuration
  • Requirements: ADM-201; Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Lightning App Builder.
  • Experience with Sales cloud and Service cloud required.
  • Marketing cloud or revenue cloud highly preferred.
  • Manufacturing/Distribution industry experience highly preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, diligent, and strong team player.
