Our client, a global manufacturing firm, is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join its team. Onsite full time/hybrid expectation.

1. Work collaboratively with the team to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
2. Develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
3. Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce applications, ensuring they continue to meet business needs and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Salesforce platform, providing technical support to users as needed.
5. Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce applications, including design documents, user manuals, and system documentation.
6. Work with project managers and stakeholders to manage the Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Salesforce development practices.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, including experience with Apex, Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.
3. Strong knowledge of Salesforce development best practices and design patterns.
4. Manufacturing/distribution industry experience highly preferred.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
7. Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals.
8. Salesforce Developer Certification is highly desirable.
