Job Details
This is not an entry-level sales role. We’re looking for someone who already understands how to generate and close commercial roofing work and can step in and produce quickly.

- Develop and maintain relationships with property managers, GCs, developers, and building owners
- Generate new business through outbound efforts, networking, and referrals
- Walk roofs, assess conditions, and collaborate with estimating to develop proposals
- Own the full sales cycle—from lead generation through close
- Partner with operations to ensure smooth project turnover and execution
- Track pipeline, forecast accurately, and consistently hit revenue targets
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience (or closely related industry)
- Proven track record of generating $3M–$10M+ annually in sales
- Strong understanding of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, Modified, Coatings, etc.)
- Ability to climb roofs, perform site walks, and engage clients in the field
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hunter mentality
- Strong communication skills and professional presence
