Job Details

The Senior Analyst/Systems (SCADA) is a key member of the Information Services department, responsible for supporting and maintaining software applications used in natural gas distribution. They will oversee software installations, configurations, and testing to ensure performance, reliability, and security. They will also monitor the technical environment and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure network and system reliability. The ideal candidate should have excellent troubleshooting skills and be able to provide on-call after-hours support. This position requires at least five to seven years of relevant work experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. The Senior Analyst/Systems will lead efforts in determining application functionality, security, recovery, and integration requirements, and design the use of complex application software functions and options. They will also coordinate with project managers and other departments to develop, arrange for, or provide application training for end users and support groups. Finally, they will develop, maintain and ensure effective use of I/S policies, practices, methodology, standards, and tools for applications, technical, operations, or security/control topics as assigned
