Job Details

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
3. Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
4. Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
5. Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
6. Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
8. Provide technical leadership and contribute to architectural decisions.
9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our software solutions remain current and competitive.
10. Utilize AWS cloud services to build scalable and robust systems.
11. Work closely with our healthcare partners to develop software that meets their unique needs.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on PHP, TypeScript, and NodeJS.
3. Proven experience with AWS cloud services.
4. Prior experience in the healthcare industry is highly desirable.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and processes.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
9. Experience with version control systems like Git.
10. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior developers.
11. Strong understanding of the principles of secure, stable software design.
12. A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends and advancements.
