Job Details:
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Sr. Software Engineer (AI/LLM) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a key player in the development and deployment of AI and Learned Language Models (LLMs) in our product development efforts. This role is pivotal in advancing our mission of revolutionizing the biotech and pharma industries with cutting-edge AI technology. You will be working closely with our product and engineering teams to design, develop, and implement high-impact solutions that will transform processes. With your expertise, you will help us build robust prototypes and proofs of concept (POC) to demonstrate the potential of our product offerings.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI and LLMs in our product development efforts.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
3. Develop robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions that meet business objectives.
4. Build and validate prototypes and proofs of concept (POC) to demonstrate the potential of our product offerings.
5. Leverage your expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning Engineering (MLE) to enhance our data products.
6. Ensure the quality and integrity of the software solutions through testing, documentation, and adherence to design standards.
7. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, LLMs, and related technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and LLMs.
3. Proven experience in deploying AI and LLMs in a product development environment.
4. Strong knowledge of the pharma and biotech industries, with a focus on drug development processes.
5. Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), and related technologies.
6. Experience in building and validating prototypes and proofs of concept (POC).
7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovate.
8. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
9. A strong desire to learn, grow, and stay updated with the latest trends in technology.
