Jobot is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join our world-class, in-house Software Development team to help us revolutionize the recruiting world with our custom-built Applicant Tracking System, Jax!

Our Senior Software Engineer will help drive the innovation and capability of our ATS, having a direct impact on the success of our Jobot Family’s ability to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

This role is hybrid in office Monday-Wednesday at our beautiful Jobot House in Newport Beach, CA!
3 Things that are Needed for this Job:
- 3+ years of back end coding experience
- 1+ years of Go experience, or 3+ years of experience in another back-end language
- 1+ years of GraphQL experience a plus
3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
- Design and code the back end of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
- Collaborate with Team SHIELD (our top-class software engineering team) to make impactful launches of new features and upgrades to our ATS
- Ensure we have fantastic integrations with our partners and a flexible system that evolves to meet the needs of recruiters, clients, and candidates

- Hands on experience developing high volume websites or SaaS products
- Knowledge of best practices and principles
- Creative and technical way of thinking, with a knack for finding solutions
