Job Details

Jobot is unique in many ways, and a large part of what sets us apart is our custom-built software (Applicant Tracking System) called Jax! Our Senior Software Engineer will help drive the innovation and capability of our ATS, having a direct impact on the success of our Jobot Family’s ability to provide exceptional service to our clients and candidates.

3 Things that are Needed for this Job:
  • 3+ years of back end coding experience
  • 1+ years of Go experience, or 3+ years of experience in another back-end language
  • 1+ years of GraphQL experience a plus

3 Things You will be Doing in this Job:
  • Design and code the back end of our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
  • Collaborate with Team SHIELD (our top-class software engineering team) to make impactful launches of new features and upgrades to our ATS
  • Ensure we have fantastic integrations with our partners and a flexible system that evolves to meet the needs of recruiters, clients, and candidates

3 Things that You are GREAT at about this Job:
  • Hands on experience developing high volume websites or SaaS products
  • Knowledge of best practices and principles
  • Creative and technical way of thinking, with a knack for finding solutions

This role is hybrid in office Monday-Wednesday at our beautiful Jobot House in Newport Beach, CA!
