Senior Staff Accountant

This position will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks to ensure accurate accounting and reporting of non-job cost construction operations such as equipment leases and loans, inventory, and fixed assets/depreciation. Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years of corporate accounting experience required. Construction industry highly preferred!

A few duties include:

• Fixed Asset accounting and reporting for construction equipment fleet and real estate holdings, including book values and tax basis, depreciation, and accounting for related loans and leases.
• Interact with Equipment division Financial Analyst to be aware of asset acquisitions, dispositions, and internal transfers.
• Maintain material inventory accounts.

Bachelors degree in accounting or finance and 8+ years of corporate accounting experience required. Construction industry highly preferred!
