Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic, highly-skilled, and passionate Professional Structural Engineer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team of creative professionals dedicated to designing and delivering high-quality commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be responsible for structural design, structural analysis, and project management. This role requires a high level of technical proficiency, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and implement structural designs for commercial buildings using Revit and other relevant software.
  • Conduct detailed structural analysis to evaluate the integrity and durability of building structures.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure the successful execution of projects.
  • Provide technical leadership and project management, including coordinating resources, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Ensure all designs and projects comply with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing design decisions, structural analysis results, and project progress.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential design or construction issues.
  • Participate in client meetings, presenting design concepts and progress updates professionally.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering, specifically in designing commercial buildings.
  • Must hold a valid PE or SE license.
  • Proficient in using Revit and other structural design software.
  • EIT certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in structural analysis and design.
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven track record in delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Must be proactive, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to continuous improvement.
