Serve as the lead contact for clients and manage project schedules, budgets, and staffing needs.
Lead public and client meetings, ensuring successful project delivery on complex initiatives.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and manage QA/QC processes for all project work.
Work within defined scopes and budgets, coordinating effectively with multidisciplinary teams to meet project goals.
Essential Job Functions:
Manage client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, and coordination for multiple projects at different levels of complexity.
Perform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) reviews of project documents.
Assist senior management in business development and strategic planning.
Provide mentoring and technical support to project engineers and junior staff.
Represent the company in professional meetings and conferences, advocating for the firm's best practices and innovation.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 16 years of experience in structural engineering, particularly in bridge design and infrastructure projects.
Professional Engineering (P.E.) license strongly preferred.
Active participation in relevant professional organizations is a plus.
Skills and Expertise:
Proficiency in the design and analysis of bridge and transportation structures, as well as temporary construction systems.
Familiarity with regional standards for bridge replacement and rehabilitation projects.
