Senior Superintendent- Multi-family

Currently seeking a Multi-family Construction Superintendent for a great opportunity. The ideal candidate will possess 10 years experience in the multi-family construction industry as a Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will own and manage all aspects of projects to include client relationships, budgets and profitability through comprehensive project completion. We build both high-end single family homes as well as high-end multi-family and commercial.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead/ Senior Multi-family Superintendent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects,including garden-style
• Manage the construction schedule, ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget.
• Ensure that all construction work is done to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and ensure that they are meeting their contractual obligations.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are being followed on the job site.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, architects, and engineers.
• Provide regular updates to project managers and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in multi-family construction, ideally w/ garden-style experience
• Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
