Job Details

Responsibilities
  • Manage and configure data center network and server infrastructure
  • Oversee Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration, including tenant configuration, Exchange 365, Teams, Azure Entra ID, security, compliance, and Azure Update Management
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure proper application of operational procedures
  • Assist in planning and implementing infrastructure maintenance and updates
  • Implement infrastructure changes and maintenance routines
  • Utilize infrastructure management tools to monitor performance and optimize system efficiency
  • Develop and automate scripts for provisioning, testing, and deployment of new infrastructure
  • Troubleshoot and resolve operational IT issues
  • Generate reports and propose improvements to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with vendors to implement new technologies and support large IT projects

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Systems Administration
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, Office 365, and Entra ID / Azure Ad administration
  • Hands-on experience with virtualized infrastructure management and SD-WAN networking
  • Experience with disaster recovery, infrastructure migrations, and Microsoft certifications (Azure/365 preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with IT teams and vendors
