Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. This critical role involves managing the operations and configuration of IT infrastructure hardware and software, with a focus on Microsoft Azure 365 environment, data center virtualization, and consolidation of remote servers. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software behavior, enabling them to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot systems efficiently.

- Configure and manage data center infrastructure, including network and server components.
- Administer Microsoft Azure and Office 365 environments, including tenant configuration, Exchange 365, Teams, Azure Entra ID, security, and compliance.
- Provide technical expertise to ensure the correct application of operational procedures and contribute to infrastructure maintenance and updates.
- Utilize infrastructure management tools to monitor load and performance, and create scripts to automate provisioning, testing, and deployment.
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, providing reports and proposals for improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors on large IT projects involving new technologies and systems.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in Microsoft Systems Administration.
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Preferred certifications in Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure Migrations, Microsoft Azure, and/or 365.
- Proficiency in virtualized infrastructure management, SD-WAN networking, and Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration.
