Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Systems Administrator, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Overseeing and managing our IT infrastructure, including Windows, Microsoft Intune, VMWare, and O365.
2. Ensuring the availability, performance, security, and scalability of IT systems.
3. Providing technical leadership and expertise to our IT team, helping to guide decision-making and problem-solving.
4. Implementing and managing Okta identity and access management solutions.
5. Working closely with other team members to develop and implement IT projects and initiatives.
6. Providing high-level support and technical expertise in networking, IT security, and systems.
7. Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation regarding system configuration and operation.
8. Managing and leading projects that enhance our IT infrastructure.
9. Keeping up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends, and making recommendations to help improve our IT infrastructure and systems.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Senior Systems Administrator, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar.
2. Okta Certified Professional or higher. Also JAMF 200 certification required!
3. Proven experience administering and troubleshooting Windows, Microsoft Intune, VMWare, and O365.
4. Experience in the Entertainment Industry is a plus.
5. Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and system administration, databases and data storage systems, and telecommunications systems.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems in simple terms.
8. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
