We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join our fast-paced technology team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a passion for systems administration, automation, and deployment. This role will require a deep understanding of configuration management and the ability to work with various systems including Windows and Mac. A strong background in Ansible, JAMF, AWS, and Intune is essential. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated track record of managing complex systems.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Systems Administrator, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Administering, maintaining, and supporting the company’s internal systems and servers.
2. Using Ansible for automation and deployment of systems.
3. Managing configurations across all systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
4. Utilizing JAMF for Mac systems management and Intune for Windows systems management.
5. Working with AWS for cloud services and solutions.
6. Troubleshooting and resolving system issues, while minimizing downtime.
7. Implementing and maintaining system documentation and protocols.
8. Collaborating with the technology team to optimize system performance and efficiency.
9. Training and mentoring junior staff members in systems administration best practices.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Senior Systems Administrator position, you must possess the following:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Systems Engineer & 7 years of overall IT experience.
2. Extensive experience with Ansible, JAMF, AWS, and Intune.
3. Proficiency in managing both Windows and Mac systems.
4. Solid experience in automation, deployment, and configuration management.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
6. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
7. Certifications in relevant technologies are a plus.
8. Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
9. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
