Our company, a leading player in the energy industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and expertise for our in-house applications. You will collaborate with development teams, analyze complex issues, and deliver innovative solutions to enhance user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
User Support: Provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries.
Application Analysis: Analyze user requirements, collaborate on enhancements, and ensure applications meet user needs through rigorous testing.
Documentation & Training: Develop comprehensive documentation, conduct training sessions, and create resources to support users effectively.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application support and communicate effectively with users.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, stay updated on industry trends, and contribute to the development of new applications.
Requirements:
Strong technical skills and experience with multiple technology stacks required
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Local to Oklahoma City and available for a hybrid work schedule (Monday/Friday remote, Tuesday/Wednesday/every other Thursday onsite.
