This role is pivotal in driving the technological growth and transformation of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, integration, and optimization of complex systems, ensuring that they align with business needs and meet industry standards. 1. Design, develop, and implement system solutions based on engineering principles and industry best practices.

3. Conduct system requirements analysis, feasibility studies, and risk assessments, and provide recommendations for improvement.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of systems with business processes and objectives.
5. Utilize Altium for schematic capture and PCB layout, and ensure all designs meet electrical engineering standards.
6. Develop system design documentation and provide technical guidance to the engineering team.
7. Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
8. Stay abreast of the latest developments in systems engineering and related technologies, and provide recommendations for their application.
9. Provide expert advice and guidance to junior engineers, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree will be highly regarded.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Systems Engineering role, with a focus on project management and system design.
3. Proficiency in Altium or similar EDA tools, and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.
4. Proven experience in hardware engineering and requirements analysis.
5. Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.
6. Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a creative and analytical mindset.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members at all levels.
8. A commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of the latest industry trends and best practices.
9. Highly organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
