Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition & Sourcing-
Design and implement end-to-end recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
Develop targeted sourcing plans and creative campaigns to attract diverse, high-caliber talent.
Maintain and optimize recruiting databases, job boards, Handshake, and industry-specific platforms.
Team Leadership-
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters to exceed performance goals.
Foster a collaborative, service-oriented team culture.
Transform talent acquisition into a strategic, consultative partner across the organization.
Executive & Specialized Hiring-
Partner with senior leadership to lead high-impact searches for executive and specialized roles.
Oversee recruitment efforts for hard-to-fill or highly technical positions.
Operational Excellence & Candidate Experience-
Drive improvements to interview, selection, and onboarding processes.
Ensure a best-in-class candidate journey that reflects our employer brand.
Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to streamline operations and reduce time-to-fill.
Analytics & Reporting-
Monitor key recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, candidate satisfaction, quality of hire, etc.).
Leverage data insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes across the hiring funnel.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI)-
Champion inclusive hiring practices and implement DEI-focused recruiting initiatives.
Support fair evaluation methods and bias mitigation efforts across the recruitment lifecycle.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management-
Build strong relationships with department leaders to align talent needs with organizational goals.
Network with external partners, universities, and industry groups to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
7+ years in recruitment/talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting and strategic hiring.
Proficiency with ATS and recruiting technologies.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and compliance standards.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong commitment to DEI principles.
Preferred:
Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
Industry-specific recruiting experience (e.g., tech, finance, healthcare).
HR or recruitment certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, AIRS).
