Job Details

Target Responsibilities
  • Prepare account reconciliations for various tax liabilities and adjustments
  • Prepare and file estimated payments and extensions for federal, state and local incomes, and sales and use tax returns.
  • Help Assist and/or manage our OneSource updates to quarterly and annual tax provisions
  • Prepare work-papers for quarterly provisions and identify relevant book to tax differences
  • Manage the departments tax technologies, OneSource Tax Provision, OneSource Income Tax, and Vertex
  • Manage and maintain tax calendar
  • Assist with Research and Development activities; liaison with third party consultants
  • Assist with tax notices, audits, research, and various tax projects, as needed
  • Assist with process improvements and efficiencies with tax technologies
  • Assist with implementation and execution of tax initiatives throughout the corporate enterprise

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

  • BS in Accounting or finance related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with accounting, income tax and tax accounting
  • Experience using OneSource corporate tax software is preferred
  • Experience using Alteryx and Microsoft Office
  • Strong desire to take on new responsibilities and exhibits behavior of personal accountability
  • Ability to work independently
  • Successful at prioritizing multiple projects under tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and works effectively with others to enhance a team environment
