Job Details

  • Prepare and review individual and business tax returns, including Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, and 1120S
  • Partner directly with clients to answer questions, provide guidance, and simplify complex tax matters
  • Analyze financial records and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Leverage modern tax software, AI tools, and technology to improve efficiency and client outcomes
  • Collaborate with leadership to enhance processes, drive continuous improvement, and deliver exceptional client service

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of tax preparation experience
  • Experience preparing business tax returns for partnerships and corporations
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • CPA, EA, or active pursuit of certification preferred
  • Experience with Lacerte or similar tax software preferred
  • Exposure to construction, real estate, or closely held business clients is a plus
  • Comfortable utilizing emerging technologies and AI-driven tools
