Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals and businesses
Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning strategies
Manage and coordinate IRS and state tax authority audits
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior tax associates
Develop and maintain client relationships through exceptional service
Assist with tax compliance and consulting services for international clients
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; Master’s degree preferred
CPA license preferred, but not required
Minimum of 3-5 years of tax experience in a CPA firm
Strong knowledge of U.S. tax laws and regulations
Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
