We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic finance team. You will play a pivotal role in our financial operations, managing tax-related tasks, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving financial strategy. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Senior Tax Associate, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts.
2. Providing tax planning and compliance services and working on tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities.
3. Conducting research on complex tax matters and ensuring the company is in compliance with all tax regulations.
4. Collaborating with internal teams to understand business operations and providing tax implications of business decisions.
5. Assisting with financial audits, preparing audit documentation, and responding to auditor inquiries.
6. Keeping up-to-date with current tax practices and changes in tax law.
7. Mentoring and guiding junior tax associates and staff.
8. Managing relationships with clients, providing excellent client service, and managing client expectations.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Senior Tax Associate role should possess the following qualifications:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or CPA certification would be an added advantage.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a tax role within a public accounting firm or a corporate setting.
3. Proficient knowledge of tax software and MS Office.
4. Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax code and regulations.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret tax laws and regulations.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax information clearly.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
8. High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to ethical practices.
