Senior Tax associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Tax Associate to join our dynamic Finance industry team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the areas of Corporate Tax Returns, State & Local Tax Returns, and Income Tax Returns. This is a full-time position, requiring a minimum of 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review Corporate Tax Returns, State & Local Tax Returns, and Income Tax Returns for clients.
• Assist in the preparation of tax provisions and accruals for financial statements.
• Conduct tax research and analysis to support tax planning and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify tax planning opportunities and implement tax strategies.
• Monitor and manage tax compliance deadlines and ensure timely filing of tax returns.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional client service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Corporate Tax, State & Local Tax, and Income Tax.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and tax software applications.
