Job Details:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Senior Tax Manager specializing in High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals. This role will provide you with the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele from various industries such as real estate, manufacturing, construction, and technology. The position is permanent and full-time, and will require a hands-on approach to managing complex tax issues for HNW and UHNW individuals and their related entities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax planning, compliance, and wealth preservation strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide tax planning and compliance services to HNW and UHNW individuals and their related entities.
  • Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients in various industries including real estate, manufacturing, construction, and technology.
  • Review complex income tax returns and estate planning documents for accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.
  • Advise clients on tax-efficient strategies, wealth preservation, and estate planning.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and learning environment.
  • Stay updated on current tax practices and changes in tax law.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, offering high-quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver comprehensive tax solutions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a tax manager or public accountant role, with a focus on serving HNW and UHNW clients.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the finance industry, with a strong understanding of the tax complexities in industries such as real estate, manufacturing, construction, and technology.
  • Exceptional tax planning and compliance skills, with a focus on wealth preservation strategies for HNW and UHNW individuals.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
  • Excellent client service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex tax concepts in an understandable manner.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations, and the ability to apply these in a practical manner.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
