Job Details

Key Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters including compliance, planning, and consulting
  • Review and sign tax returns ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Serve as primary point of contact for client tax matters
  • Develop, manage, and strengthen client relationships
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing tax team
  • Provide strategic tax planning across multiple industries
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to shape firm strategy
  • Support business development and expansion of client relationships

You should have most of the following:
  • CPA, EA, or JD required
  • Minimum 7+ years of tax experience (public accounting strongly preferred)
  • Strong background in tax compliance, tax planning, and tax consulting
  • Experience reviewing and signing tax returns
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong client relationship management skills
  • Ability to serve as trusted advisor on complex tax matters
  • Preference for candidates located in Central Ohio
