Job Details
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
You should have most of the following:
- Lead preparation and review of complex tax returns (business, individual, entity)
- Deliver strategic tax planning and advisory services to HNW clients and businesses
- Oversee multiple projects while ensuring accuracy and deadline compliance
- Conduct tax research and advise clients and staff on changes in tax law
- Mentor and coach junior staff; support team performance and development
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive firm innovation and growth
- Participate in firm leadership meetings and contribute to vision/strategy
You should have most of the following:
- CPA certification with active license
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master of Taxation is a plus
- Minimum 8 years of progressive public accounting experience with a tax focus
- Extensive experience with complex returns and strategic tax advisory
- Strong background in tax law, HNW clients, and client relationship management
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a team
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
