Lead Construction Superintendent (Multifamily)

We are a real estate investment services firm specializing in multifamily housing and self-storage facilities. We are family-owned and vertically integrated. Its companies include development, construction, property management, and investment management. We are looking for a experienced travelling multifamily superintendent to join our team as we break ground on a new apartment complex of 200+ units and 250k square feet.

We're looking for folks with some sort of experience building wrap, donut, or podium style complexes that has worked on large scale projects in the $30-60M range.

Experience
o 8-10 years hands on multifamily construction field experience.
o Slab on grade wood framed construction.
o Major site development.
o Minimum project size: 200+ units
o Minimum project value: $25 MILLION
o Managing direct reports: 2+ Assistant Superintendents
o Software experience with MS Outlook, MS Project, and Procore

Job site logistics plan:
o Must be able to look at the entire site and create a plan: visualize where the trailer will go, where lumber will go, temp utilities – the entire layout of the construction site

20-22 month timeline. New construction multifamily project. Candidate MUST have led 2-3 multifamily projects in the past, valued at $20M+ with 200+ units.
