We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Senior Treasury Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to play a crucial part in our financial operations, providing analysis and recommendations to support strategic initiatives, and helping to shape the financial future of our company. The successful candidate will have a strong background in treasury operations, financial analysis, and budgeting, and will be adept at using financial software and tools like Power BI and SQL. Responsibilities:
1. Manage daily cash and liquidity management activities, including forecasting, reporting, and analysis.
2. Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
3. Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
4. Prepare the annual budget in conjunction with the finance team and various business units.
5. Utilize Power BI and SQL to gather, analyze and interpret financial data, and present findings to senior management.
6. Assist in the development of treasury policies and procedures to optimize financial operations.
7. Participate in special projects, including system implementations, process improvements, and ad-hoc financial analysis.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
9. Monitor market trends and recommend strategies to maximize financial performance and reduce financial risk.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. An MBA or CTP certification is a plus.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a treasury or financial analyst role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
3. Proven experience with financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
4. Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and other financial software and systems.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
7. Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards.
9. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
