Our client is a leading energy company seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst with experience in treasury analyst, cash management, forecasting, banking, and treasury. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field. Responsibilities:

• Manage cash balances and forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for the company
• Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize risk
• Monitor and analyze daily cash positions and bank account activity
• Manage relationships with banking partners and negotiate terms and fees
• Prepare and present cash flow projections and reports to senior management
• Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies and procedures
• Manage debt and interest rate risk through hedging strategies
• Work with cross-functional teams to support financing activities and investment decisions
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury analyst, cash management, forecasting, banking, and treasury
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of financial markets, instruments, and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Experience with debt financing and interest rate hedging preferred
• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation a plus
